JSS PU College Nanjanagud
It was established in the year 1968 with the Divine Blessings of His Holiness Jagadguru Dr. Sri Shivarathri Rajendra Mahaswamiji, the great visionary and the 23rd Pontiff of Jagadguru Sri Veerasimhasana Mahasamstana Muth, Suttur.
Since the inception and under the aegis of JSS Mahavidyapeetha, The College has been rendering selfless service through providing quality and value-based education to the students of all sections in the faculties of Arts, Commerce, and Science. The College caters to the need of students not only in proliferation of our ancient sacred scriptures, but also in enhancement of modern technology. Notably, the College is built in a sprawling 13.17 acres of land at the outskirts of Nanjangud town Deveerammanahalli with adequate infrastructure, well facilitated Indoor- Outdoor sports stadiums, Yoga-Centre, Multi-Gym, and well equipped Laboratories, Library and Information Centre with various reference books, Internet and Wi-Fi facilities. Some outstanding Yoga exponents have been Yoga-Instructors/Gurus at National and International level.
